日本の文化好きです！

I personalize the classes according to students' needs, skills, weak areas, abilities, and goals.

I created materials using PowerPoint, Word, different internet platforms, and videos. Thus, the student had a good time during the whole learning process.

As a freelancer, I have about fourteen years of experience teaching foreigners and Japanese people in Tokyo, Chiba, and Osaka.

While working at JAL in Mexico City, I was invited to help open a Mexican airline at Narita Airport, where I worked as an airport manager for five years. At that time, as a side job, I started to teach foreign languages. After, I became Duty Manager of Air France for three years and then worked in Osaka for a Private Jets Terminal Lounge. I studied French and Literature for five years at the Institut Français d'Amerique Latine (IFAL), and I have been teaching to adults and teenagers. I love Japan, and sharing my knowledge is a breathtaking and astonishing experience.

ブリュッセルのトヨタで社員の方々にフランス語を教えていた経験があります。その頃から約8年間、ベルギー・日本でフランス語の個人・グループレッスンをしています。
本業はミュージシャンなので、シャンソン等のフランス語歌唱のレッスンもやっています。
英語も話しますので、英語と比較しながら学びたいという要望にもお応えします。

フランス語を一から学び海外の大学へ進学した経験を活かして、既存のやり方ではなく皆さん一人一人に臨機応変な授業を提供したいと思っています。

My first session is always evaluative: I test my students' level to adapt the classes to their needs.
A session can be 1 to 2 hours long and can have 2 formats :
A first one, more easy-going and relaxed, where we have a conversation class and talk to each other.
A second one, more academically oriented, that will always be divided in several parts :
1) Orthography and spelling
2) Grammar
3) Oral pronunciation: reading and understanding what is read
4) Vocabulary and French/English cultural features.

You can choose what kind of class you prefer (conversational or academic class).
I use texts from newspapers or literary texts during the classes.

Je propose une première séance évaluative, au cours de laquelle je constate le niveau de mes élèves, pour leur proposer ensuite des séances adaptées à leurs besoins.
Une séance de cours peut durer de 1h à 2h et peut avoir deux formats différents :
Avec le premier format, plus détendu et relaxé, nous échangerons et apprendrons le français au cours d'une conversation.
Avec le deuxième format, le cours sera plus académique et sera toujours partagée en plusieurs parties :
1) Orthographe via une dictée
2) Grammaire
3) Oral : lecture et compréhension de ce qui a été lu.
4) Vocabulaire et culture française ou anglaise.

Vous pouvez choisir si vous préférez le premier ou le second format de cours et m'en informer.
J'utilise des extraits de journaux ou des textes littéraires.

I am in Japan with a Cultural Activities Visa, as I am learning Japanese calligraphy in Tokyo for the year. My Visa allows me to work part-time. I chose to teach French to Japanese or non-French speakers because it is the job I am going to do when I finish my studies: I will be a French teacher in an international school outside of France.

私はフランスで日本語学科の学生で、3年生になったら、クラスの最も優秀な生徒が交換留学プログラムに参加が出来、私は今早稲田大学に留学中です。 私は語学が好きですし、フランスの時に、日本人の留学生とたくさん出会い、仲良くし、フランス語を教えることがあり、そして逆に日本人が私にたくさん日本語を教えてくれました。私は一般的に何かを教えるのが好きですし、フランス語を学びたい日本人にぜひ教えたいなと思いました。

I arrived in Japan in march 2024.
I love teaching and sharing knowledge. It would be a pleasure to teach french, a language that I love, to new students.

I personally gave class to friends of my sisters when I was younger (between 16y old and 24y old). And I regularly gave french class to my wife, colleagues, friends or others during my 4y in South Korea (2018-2022)

My wife is japanese. After years in France, we decided to move to Japan to get close to her family. I love learning new things, but I also teach new things to other, especially new languages.

Mes politiques éducatives s’articulent autour d’un objectif central : guider chaque élève vers la réussite en mettant l’accent sur un accompagnement personnalisé et bienveillant. Chaque apprenant est unique, avec des besoins, des forces et des aspirations qui lui sont propres. C’est pourquoi j’adapte mes cours pour offrir une expérience d’apprentissage sur mesure, où chacun peut progresser à son rythme tout en développant sa confiance et son autonomie.

Je m’efforce également de rendre les apprentissages accessibles et agréables en concevant des cours interactifs et dynamiques. À travers des activités variées, des supports adaptés et une approche ludique, j’installe un cadre où la curiosité et la motivation sont constamment stimulées. Mon approche repose sur l’idée que l’apprentissage ne doit jamais être une contrainte, mais une opportunité de découvrir, de comprendre et de s’épanouir.

Au-delà de la simple transmission de connaissances, j’ai à cœur de développer des compétences durables chez mes élèves, qu’il s’agisse d’améliorer leur maîtrise d’un sujet, de renforcer leur esprit critique ou encore de leur donner des outils concrets pour atteindre leurs objectifs. En cultivant un environnement d’apprentissage positif et inspirant, je souhaite aider chacun à relever ses défis avec confiance et enthousiasme.

J’enseigne actuellement l’anglais au Japon depuis 6 mois, période durant laquelle j’ai développé des cours interactifs et adaptés à des élèves de 6 à 10 ans. Avant cela, j’ai travaillé en tant qu’assistant professeur en maternelle, où j’ai acquis une solide expérience en pédagogie auprès des jeunes enfants. Pendant deux ans, j’ai également formé des collègues à l’utilisation de logiciels d’analyse de données, une expérience qui m’a permis de perfectionner mes compétences en communication et en pédagogie pour un public adulte. Enfin, j’ai donné des cours d’anglais et de français pendant trois ans au sein d’une association scolaire, enseignant à des élèves âgés de 7 à 16 ans. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis d’adapter mes méthodes d’enseignement à différents niveaux et publics, tout en cultivant une approche engageante et personnalisée.

Depuis mon enfance, j’ai été profondément fasciné par la culture japonaise, avec son riche héritage traditionnel et son profond respect pour les valeurs humaines et sociales. La beauté des paysages japonais, entre montagnes majestueuses et temples paisibles, a toujours captivé mon imagination. En parallèle, ma passion pour les mangas et les animés m’a transmis des valeurs extraordinaires, comme la persévérance, la résilience et la détermination à atteindre ses objectifs malgré les obstacles. Devenir professeur de français me permet de conjuguer cet amour pour le Japon avec mon profond attachement à la culture française. J’ai à cœur de partager ma langue et mes traditions tout en échangeant avec mes élèves, ce qui enrichit mutuellement nos perspectives. Ce métier est également une merveilleuse opportunité de faire des rencontres inoubliables et d’établir des liens sincères. Au-delà de l’enseignement, c’est une façon pour moi de travailler tout en m’amusant, en rendant l’apprentissage aussi agréable pour mes élèves que pour moi-même.

I don't like to use textbooks. My own experience in learning languages made me understand that all the grammar explanations in textbooks are also freely accessible on the internet. And the language taught in textbooks is not the way that native people are really speaking the language.
If we study together I will adapt my classes to focus on your personal objectives. Because depending on your objectives the process will be different

I have no experience in teaching. Actually I am pursuing a master degree in international administration in Tokyo.
But I am glad to meet people who enjoy French culture and want to learn my language. I will do my best to make you have fun learning French and try to explain to you a lot about French culture at the same time.

I wanted to discover Japanese culture and improve my language skills. I want to become a french teacher because the schedule is flexible depending on my classes and I want to meet people interested in my culture.

I have been using different textbooks to give french lessons, but i now mainly use the "Echo" textbooks for adult and young adult. I also have made my own lesson for full beginners. For more advanced learners, I use press articles, online texts or youtube videos that align with the students interest.

I have gave more than 230 french lessons on the website iTalki.
I also give lesson as a freelance in Tokyo using the website Hello-Sensei.

My uncle is Japanese and cousins are half japanese, the Japanese culture has always been part of my life. But I first came to Tokyo in 2018 for a week, it was a trip related to work. I was amazed by the city and decided to explore more of Japan. In 2019, I spent 2,5 months travelling Japan. I then decided to learn Japanese and apply for a working holiday visa. Because of Covid, I did the working holiday visa this year. Teaching French in Tokyo seems natural for me : I have experience in French teaching, but also in learning a langage by myself. I have also traveled extensively. I feel those experiences and my love for french langage as a trained journalist would be a perfect match !

I came to Japan to pursue my studies in civil and Environmental engineering. I have been doing part-time jobs in language teaching mainly French and English because I want to utilize my language skills.
