Teaching Experience:
I had a part time job in France as an Arabic teacher from January 2011 to June 2011 and from January 2012 to May 2012.
I gave French classes at an association for kids with disabilities in Morocco from 01/2016 to 06/2017. I animated classes for the kids and the mothers.

I came to Japan in 2012 for one year as an intern because it was one of my dreams to live in Japan. I fall in love with Japan and decided to come back on 2017 to study and work here. I want to be a part -time French teacher to be able to share my knowledge as I have a very atypical background with experience in Morocco ( a French speaking country ) and France. I am still giving once a week a private French class to my acquaintances.

My approach is driven by evaluating the student's needs and skill level in order to provide a custom-built curriculum that makes learning fun and engaging. The use of games and other activities helps to break down the barrier that is inherent when learning a new language. For example, I use a French and English version of the very popular word game Shiritori with my Japanese online students. It works like a charm.

Les jeux et les activités dynamiques permettent de faire tomber les murs et rendre l'apprentissage fluide et intéressant. I have been working in media and communications, in English and French, for over 30 years in Canada. I write, edit and publish inciteful and newsworthy material on a regular basis in both languages.

In Japan, I have a few online students and a weekly English conversation meet-up.

I came to Japan with my wife to a few years with my mother-in-law who is now a widow. We live in the countryside of Hokkaido. For french I would use usual books and arrange it my way and use as supports, movies, songs etc..
For japanese I already gave japanese class for 2 years so I have a few lessons. I made my lessons based on differents manuals I used during my personal japanese studies. I like to add manual activities so it doesn't look too boring.

I was a teacher's assistant at a elementary school in France for 1years and a half and a japanese private teacher for 2 years. I was teaching from elementary to university's students.

Back in my country, I used to publish fictional stories online in French as a hobby. An amazing experience where I was able to dive in all richness of this language.
And now, living in Japan, I have been teaching conversational French for a little more than 3 years. Experiences that I greatly enjoy.

French is one of the most difficult language. Starting is always funny but getting tired and giving up is also so easy.

My approach is to use a coaching method:
First, know the student very well in order to adjust the learning material to him/her.
A lot of patience is necessary mostly for speaking.
The most important thing is to keep moving on. Also, it's important to keep in touch with the student in order to help him/her to experience french in his/her daily life. For instance, when he/her is doing shopping he/her must add one or two words on his vocabulary, etc. The new words must be recorded to a file on cloud and share with the teacher....
